General terms and conditions for LeadStore services.
01 Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the LeadStore platform, operated by LEADSTORE LTD (hereinafter "LeadStore"), with registered address at Calle Gran Vía 45, 3rd Floor, Madrid 28013, Spain. Email: admin@leadstore.net.
Use of any LeadStore service implies full acceptance of these Terms.
02 Services
LeadStore provides a marketplace of qualified commercial opportunities (leads) for businesses. The client defines segmentation criteria and LeadStore delivers commercial opportunities aligned with those criteria.
Available services include Core Leads, Smart Leads, Pipeline Leads, Starter Trial, and custom Enterprise plans. LeadStore does not guarantee specific commercial results.
03 Pricing and payment
Prices are in EUR (ex. VAT). Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. The annual plan covers 12 months of delivery at the price of 10. No refunds are issued for periods already delivered.
04 Quality policy
If a delivered lead does not meet the agreed brief criteria, the client may report it within 7 calendar days of receipt. LeadStore will review and, if warranted, replace the lead in the next delivery.
05 Permitted use
Leads delivered by LeadStore may only be used for the client's own commercial activities. Resale or distribution to third parties is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from LeadStore.
06 Intellectual property
All platform content is the exclusive property of LEADSTORE LTD. The client receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered data for agreed commercial purposes only.
07 Liability
LeadStore's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the current month. LeadStore is not liable for indirect or consequential damages including loss of business, data or revenue.
08 Termination
The client may cancel their subscription at any time from their account panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
09 Governing law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid. Contact: admin@leadstore.net
