01 Our GDPR commitment
LEADSTORE LTD is committed to full compliance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679. All data processing activities have a valid legal basis, appropriate security measures, and respect the rights of data subjects.
02 Data processing roles
Controller: LeadStore acts as controller for client data (contact, billing, platform usage).
Processor: For leads delivered to clients, LeadStore acts as data processor on behalf of the contracting client.
03 International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards apply (Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions).
04 Technical and organisational measures
Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, regular audits, incident response procedures, and data processing agreements with all sub-processors.
