04 Legal basis
Contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), legitimate interest for service improvement (Art. 6.1.f GDPR), and consent for marketing communications (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
05 Recipients
LeadStore does not sell personal data. Sub-processors (hosting, payments, analytics) operate under data processing agreements in compliance with GDPR.
06 Retention
Data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the legally required periods thereafter (minimum 5 years for fiscal data).
07 Your rights
You can exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by emailing admin@leadstore.net with subject "GDPR Rights". You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
